Preparation by each ARES group begins now. November 1st 2025 is the Field Activation date for the 2025 Colorado ARES SET but, groups should begin their ground work TODAY! The SET Scenario Know-Ing Served Scenario, also referred to as KISS, is a comprehensive exercise designed to ensure that ARES groups, be they new or experienced, have a set of documentation that will lead to a successful deployment or exercise. The KISS scenario has been sent to the leadership of all Colorado ARES groups with the request for them to circulate it far and wide amongst their ARES group membership.
